Transition Process Self-Study

 *This Survey is an alternative to participating in one of the Self-Study Focus Groups - “Game of Life” scheduled for upcoming Sundays at 10:15 am on February 6 or 13. 

                  Purpose:   To assist the Transition Team in working thru the 5 Tasks of Interim Ministry and the Transition Process:

                                                •Coming to Terms with History

                                                •Discovering an Emerging Identity

                                                •Allowing Needed Leadership Change

                                                •Renewing Denominational Ties

                                                •Committing to New Directions in Ministry

 This information will be compiled and incorporated with other Surveys and the Focus Group feedback and used to develop a report for the Call Team.

Directions:      Please complete all or as much of this survey you feel you can and return by Feb. 14^th.
