NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Anyone interested in becoming a member of First Lutheran, see Pastor Carl
Bruihler or call the church office. New member orientation sessions are
being scheduled soon, with November 9 as the likely date to receive new
members formally at worship services.
INVITATION TO WOMEN
Are you seeking a small group connection to First Lutheran? Does a Bible
study written for women appeal to you? Is a monthly gathering do-able
for you? If your answer to these questions is “yes”, please....for
more details click here.
Interested women are invited to form an evening or weekend fellowship
and Bible study group. We would meet once a month for
a few hours. The Bible study is titled “The Hidden Hand of God:
Wisdom Stories from Ruth, Daniel, and Esther” and comes from Lutheran
Woman Today, the magazine of Women of the ELCA. For more information,

Flu Season
Flu shots will be offered between services on
Sunday, November 9th. You must be at least nine years of age. Cost is
$25.00. Bring your insurance or Medicaid/Medicare card.
